Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs and strengths
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies and support student success
- Create and implement behavior management and academic plans within multi-disciplinary teams
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to documentation
- Provide direct counseling services for students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Advocate for students’ mental health and well-being within the school community
- Deliver crisis intervention, prevention, and response services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and ethical guidelines
