Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Vermont
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Experience with IEP development and intervention planning
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and functional behavior assessments
- Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior support
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
- Promote safe, positive, and inclusive school environments
