What we’re seeking:
- Michigan School Psychologist Certification (required)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting highly valued
- Demonstrated strengths in assessment, intervention, and crisis response
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive school climate and supporting students with diverse needs
- Ability to provide services exclusively in-person
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention and support plans
- Support the Response to Intervention (RTI) process and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Consult with staff and parents to provide guidance and recommendations
- Foster a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all students
