School Psychologist in Valley Farms, AZ

You’ll work with elementary, middle, and high school students, including those in special education, conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations and providing valuable consultation for staff and parents. There is also a unique opportunity for bilingual psychologists—a part-time or as-needed arrangement is available to best meet the community’s needs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification (state or national)
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education processes, assessments, and IEP development
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued, though not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Support approximately 564 students (90 special education) at the elementary level, 580 students (105 special education) at the middle school, and 824 students (176 special education) at the high school
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for all assessments and re-evaluations
- Provide consultation and collaboration with educators and parents regarding students’ educational planning
- Deliver culturally responsive services to a diverse student population
