This contract opportunity offers the flexibility to work fully remote (VOCO) or in a hybrid/in-person setting, with the chance to focus on assessments as well as direct student support.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Colorado School Psychologist License through the Colorado Department of Education (CDE)
- Previous experience assessing and supporting students in a K-12 academic environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and care teams
- Proficiency in conducting psychological evaluations and reevaluations
- Experience providing counseling, consultative, or behavioral interventions considered a plus
- Comfortable with technology for remote assessment scenarios (for VOCO/remote candidates)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable for managing a high-need caseload
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete timely, thorough psychological assessments and re-evaluations: approx. 70 annually (VOCO role), 45 annually (in-person/hybrid role)
- Support at least two schools, delivering high-quality services to diverse learners
- In-person/hybrid position includes providing direct student services, consultation, and support to school personnel
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student plans and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
