Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and interventions to a caseload of approximately 30 students
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver counseling services for students to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and recommend appropriate strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
