School Psychologist | Windsor, Colorado

This is a contract position offering flexibility, as one position is fully remote (VOCO) and another is in-person with the potential for a hybrid arrangement. The role begins August 2026 and continues through late May 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
What You’ll Need:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License with CDE credentials
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting
- Strong skills in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Ability to manage a caseload and facilitate timely evaluations and reevaluations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
- Comfortable with technology platforms if applying for the remote (VOCO) option
Your Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive psychological evaluations and reevaluations for students (caseloads: ~70 reevaluations/year for VOCO; ~45 for in-person/hybrid)
- Deliver direct student services for in-person/hybrid position, including counseling and intervention planning
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education and intervention plans
- Engage in meetings with parents, guardians, and school staff as required
