Primary Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and group counseling services to help students overcome barriers to academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and monitor progress
- Promote a positive school climate through the implementation of preventive programs and crisis intervention strategies
