School Psychologist - Arlington Heights, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certified or licensed School Psychologist, eligible to work in Illinois
- Previous experience in a K-8 school setting is highly valued
- Proficient in conducting psycho-educational evaluations, assessments, and behavioral observations
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI processes and IEP development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to providing onsite services (virtual/remote applicants will not be considered)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
- Conduct individual and group assessments, observations, and data collection
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the ongoing development of intervention strategies
- Help design and implement effective behavioral and academic interventions
- Advocate for student supports and accommodations as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams within the school setting
