Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential and relevant licensure for school-based practice
- Experience working with early childhood through middle school populations (EC–8th grade)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with students, families, and educator teams
- Competence in administering psychological assessments and reporting findings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving school needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct ECAT evaluations, interpreting results to guide student interventions
- Participate actively in IEP, evaluation, and planning meetings to support student success
- Provide ongoing consultation and support to educators and families regarding academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs
- Maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and district standards
- Split schedule: devote half your day to ECAT evaluations and meetings, and the other half to Lake Villa, handling traditional school psychologist duties
