What we’re seeking:
- Valid State School Psychologist credential
- Experience with Pre-K to 5th grade populations preferred
- Strong skills in administering psychological assessments and preparing evaluation paperwork for IEPs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate easily with educators, families, and staff
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and positive learning environment
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and complete all initial evaluations and re-evaluation paperwork, ensuring compliance with IEP requirements
- Conduct psychological and academic testing for students as part of the assessment process
- Collaborate with the student support team to problem-solve and develop strategies around academic and behavioral needs
- Provide direct student support when scheduling permits, offering guidance and interventions to help students succeed
