Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience with children from preschool to 5th grade
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, paperwork, and evaluation procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and staff
- Commitment to equitable practices and inclusive support for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and complete all initial and re-evaluation paperwork and assessments for IEPs
- Collaborate with the student support team to analyze and address academic and behavioral concerns
- Participate in problem-solving discussions to create effective strategies for student success
- Provide direct support to students as needed, ensuring their well-being and progress within the school environment
