School Psychologist in Chicago, IL

In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in school psychology to:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all initial and re-evaluation paperwork and testing for IEPs, ensuring students’ needs are thoroughly understood and met.
- Partner closely with the student support team, actively participating in problem-solving discussions regarding both academic and behavioral strategies.
- Provide direct student support as permitted by your schedule, strengthening students’ confidence and school experience.
Qualifications:
- Certification and experience as a School Psychologist in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of IEP process, evaluation, and compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with professionals and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families.
- Flexible, compassionate, and resourceful approach, with a commitment to best practices in student support.
