- Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI frameworks, and participation in student support teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultation skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths and areas for growth
- Interpret evaluation results and communicate findings effectively to school teams and families
- Collaborate in the design and monitoring of evidence-based interventions to promote positive student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, behavior support planning, and crisis response when needed
- Provide counseling, consultation, and support to students, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment
- Contribute to data-based decision making and academic or behavioral planning initiatives
