Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with evaluations, assessments, and developing IEPs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Familiarity with evidence-based intervention strategies and current best practices
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, or emotional needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services when needed
- Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff regarding strategies for diverse learners
- Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in MTSS/RTI teams to support comprehensive student services
