Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure for the state

- Skill in counseling and supporting students, parents, and staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
- Assist in the promotion of positive school climates and mental wellness initiatives
- Interpret assessment data and communicate results with families and school personnel
- Facilitate and participate in student support or intervention meetings
