You’ll work across three sites, with an estimated caseload of 1,000 students per psychologist—making a significant impact through assessment, re-evaluation, and referral services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State School Psychologist license
- More than two years of school-based or pediatric experience preferred; outstanding new graduates with strong competencies considered
- Current driver’s license and Social Security card required
- Baseline understanding of psychological testing, including approximately 60 initial evaluations per year (excluding re-evaluations)
- Flexibility to cover both elementary and high school populations, with preschool availability as an option
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial psychometric assessments and re-evaluations
- Manage referral process and maintain accurate records for caseload students
- Collaborate with school teams to support student success and well-being
- Balance responsibilities across multiple sites with clear communication
This contract offers steady weekly hours—37.5 standard, with potential to reach 40 upon approval. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $50-60 per hour, negotiable according to your experience.
