About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused School Psychologist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The School Psychologist will support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development while working closely with teachers, families, administrators, and other school-based professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a School Psychologist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with students and helping create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological, educational, and behavioral assessments.
Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and educational plans.
Provide individual and group counseling and social-emotional support as appropriate.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and special education teams.
Provide consultation regarding student academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
Develop and recommend positive behavioral interventions and supports.
Monitor student progress and assist with appropriate interventions.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
Support crisis response and student safety procedures when needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Appropriate Colorado School Psychologist credential/licensure, or eligibility to obtain it.
Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or educational setting preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
