Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active and current North Carolina School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience conducting evaluations and psychological assessments within a school setting
- Previous work supporting students across K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school experience preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining student confidentiality
- Certified School Psychologist credentials
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized and informal psychological assessments for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning and behavior
- Contribute to the development of IEPs and intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing student progress monitoring
- Provide recommendations for instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
