What We're Looking For:
- Active licensure as a School Psychologist in North Carolina
- Experience providing psychological services in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Familiarity with supporting diverse student populations (K-12)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for teamwork with faculty, staff, and families
- Ability to interpret assessment results, create intervention plans, and support the special education process
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for K-12 students
- Administer assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
- Prepare detailed reports, participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, and contribute to intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to develop effective support plans
- Offer crisis intervention and consultative services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical practices
