School Psychologist - Ewa Beach, HI

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, collaborating with educators and parents, supporting the development of individualized education plans (IEPs), and leading interventions to foster positive learning environments. You’ll be instrumental in providing crisis intervention, counseling, and strategies that help all students reach their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Hawaii School Psychologist license (current and in good standing)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize and manage a 37.5-hour workweek, five days a week
- Proficiency in preparing assessment reports, planning evidence-based interventions, and utilizing data-driven decision-making
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
- Provide short-term counseling and social-emotional interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support crisis prevention and response initiatives
