Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychology certification (P-12) is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, counseling, and intervention techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with staff, students, and families
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in schools or educational settings is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized plans for student success
- Support teams with the identification and provision of interventions, accommodations, and strategies for academic and behavioral challenges
- Offer crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Provide consultation and professional guidance to educators and families
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and confidential records of student progress and services provided
