Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Create and implement intervention and support plans tailored to individual students
- Advise teachers, administrators, and families on strategies to promote student success
- Collaborate in the development and review of IEPs and Section 504 plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional or social challenges
- Support crisis intervention, prevention, and response within the school community
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives
