Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota School Psychologist license required
- Experience in educational settings, preferably with K–8 students
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Assist with crisis intervention and implement student safety plans
- Manage a caseload of K–8th grade students (25–35 elementary, 20–30 middle school)
- Serve students in one building
