School Psychologist - Stillwater, MN
Exciting opportunities are available for two skilled School Psychologists to contribute their expertise during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role spans from August 31, 2026 through June 4, 2027, offering impactful work across both elementary and middle school settings. With a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, you will actively support students from Kindergarten through 8th grade—elementary caseloads range from 25 to 35 students, while the middle school group includes 20 to 30 students. All of your work will be focused in one building to ensure continuity and collaboration.
Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid MN School Psychologist license
- Demonstrated experience working with K-8th grade students in school environments
- Strong ability to create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in providing effective counseling and behavioral support
- Skilled in crisis intervention, student safety planning, and collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, administer, and support IEPs for students in both elementary and middle school settings
- Deliver counseling services and behavioral interventions to foster student growth
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
- Provide crisis intervention and contribute to comprehensive student safety plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress
