Desired Qualifications:
- Current Hawaii School Psychologist license
- Previous experience in school settings working with K-12 students (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to develop and implement IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Advocate for students’ needs and help design interventions for academic and behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all school and state regulations
