The caseload includes approximately 50 re-evaluations, participation in MTSS teams for tier 3 interventions, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans (FBA/BIP).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist in Illinois.
- Experience with school-based psychological assessments and case management.
- Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and experience contributing to tier 3 interventions.
- Proficiency in performing comprehensive re-evaluations and developing data-driven intervention plans.
- Ability to conduct and interpret FBAs and develop effective BIPs.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments for approximately 50 re-evaluations throughout the school year.
- Work as an active member of the MTSS team, focusing on support and interventions for tier 3 students.
- Conduct FBAs and develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and emotional needs.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with school and district policies.
- Provide consultation on learning, behavior, and mental health concerns as needed.
