Key Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Department of Education (DOE) licensure required
- Current and valid Psychology licensure for the state of Virginia
- Experience providing school-based psychological services preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong assessment, communication, and consultation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services to students, including evaluations, assessments, and counseling
- Support the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school staff to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Engage in case management and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Contribute to a positive learning environment by participating in team meetings and offering expert guidance on student interventions
