What We’re Looking For:
- Current Virginia DOE license
- Active School Psychologist license
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Capacity to work full-time (35 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to improving outcomes for students of all backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to flexible caseload assignments
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor student intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs
- Deliver counseling or social-emotional support as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and licensure requirements
- Support a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
