- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families.
- Must be available for full-time on-site presence—no virtual or hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for diverse age groups within the school setting.
- Provide individual and small-group counseling to address students’ emotional, social, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans and interventions.
- Support crisis intervention and consult with teachers and families regarding strategies for academic and behavioral improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and contribute to IEP meetings as needed.
